Allergies, diet, anything to know for the meals

I certify that I hold valid personal liability insurance. The booking is confirmed by the 25% deposit, never refunded but always retained: it counts toward any other course, at any other date. The balance is due at the latest 21 days before the first course day; until that point, it is fully refundable in case of cancellation. Past the 21 days, the whole is retained and becomes a credit, carried over in the same way. If the balance is not paid by the 21-day mark, my dates free up and the deposit becomes a credit.
