Travelling courses
I have always dreamed of transmitting my craft while traveling, a wish nestled deep in my heart, waiting only for the medium to exist.
So I travel, in France and abroad. Whether for the adventure of a single course, out of simple curiosity, or to bring a place dear to you to life with regular courses, I will gladly come and lead a workshop at your place.
The courses given are similar to the group courses offered where I live: from cutting to soldering, the complete method, and independence guaranteed at the end. But depending on your wishes, ideas or project, they can be adapted together to offer a unique adventure.
You host, I pass it on. All I need is room and board; I bring everything else.
- The place
- A house, a workshop, an unusual or artistic place, indoors or outdoors: a festival, an exhibition, an event that welcomes the method for the length of a session. The logistics stay light: a 60 × 60 cm work board per person, three power outlets and a window. That's all.
- What I need
- Room and board for the length of the course. Nothing else: I arrive with everything else.
- Materials
- I bring the tools and the raw materials, as for my group courses. Participants leave with the guides and patterns used during the course.
- The course
- The same as those given at the workshop, over 3 or 5 days: one method of your choice, the solid or the spiral, or both together.
- Independence
- Guaranteed at the end, as with all my courses.
- The group
- 4 to 5 people, to remain a small group where everyone finds their place.
- Abroad
- I also travel outside France, as soon as the group is complete. The course is taught in French or in English.
- Price
- We discuss it together, depending on the place, the length and the group. You then freely set the price for your participants.
- After the course
- The bond continues: participants join the mutual-help group of former students, where I answer to keep supporting them.
