Each piece is shaped by hand, at the workshop, in Dordogne, France.
Here is the simple, clear framework that accompanies your order.
In force as of September 26, 2026
These terms govern sales concluded on the artiziom.com website between the ArtiZi-OM workshop (the seller) and any person placing an order (the customer). Placing an order implies their full acceptance.
The creations offered are handcrafted pieces in glass, tin and copper, shaped by hand using the Tiffany copper-foil stained glass method. Each piece is made to order: slight variations in shade, reflection or soldering may appear from one piece to another. They bear witness to handmade work and do not constitute defects.
The photographs illustrate the creations as faithfully as possible; colors may nevertheless vary slightly depending on screens and on the light of the place.
Prices are stated in euros, net of tax (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). They do not include shipping costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed. The workshop may adjust its prices at any time; the creation is invoiced at the price in force at the time of ordering.
The order is composed from the creation pages, then confirmed on the My order page after entering your details and paying. It becomes firm upon receipt of full payment; a confirmation email is then sent to the customer. Making begins from that payment.
The workshop reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or of a clear impossibility of making it; the customer would be informed and fully refunded.
Payment is made online by PayPal or by bank transfer (details are provided at the time of ordering). Card payment will be available soon. In the case of a bank transfer, the order enters production once the funds are received.
As each piece is made to order, the making time is stated on each creation page (most often, one month). It starts from payment. Should anything unforeseen arise at the workshop, the customer is informed of a new lead time as early as possible.
The creations are carefully packed and shipped with tracking. Shipping costs: France free, European Union 11 €, rest of Europe 22 €, worldwide 65 €. Some large pieces cannot travel by parcel: they are collected from the workshop in Mussidan (Dordogne), by appointment; this is stated on their page.
Upon delivery, the customer is asked to check the condition of the parcel and, if necessary, to state reservations with the carrier, then to notify the workshop within 48 hours, with photographs. The workshop will accompany every situation with care.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes remain payable by the customer.
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen days from receipt of the order to withdraw, without having to give any reason. It is enough to inform the workshop by email before this period expires, either through an unambiguous statement or using the model below.
The creation is then returned within fourteen days of that statement, complete, in perfect condition and carefully packed (the original packaging is recommended, glass being fragile). Return costs are borne by the customer. The workshop refunds all sums paid, including the initial standard shipping costs, within fourteen days of recovering the piece.
Pursuant to article L221-28 of the same code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to creations made to the customer's specifications, outside the catalogue or clearly personalized (specific dimensions, compositions or glasses requested by the customer).

If the workshop cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.
All creations benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the customer contacts the workshop, which will repair, replace or, failing that, refund the piece, under the conditions provided by law.
The details collected when ordering (name, address, email, phone) are used solely to process the order, for invoicing and for delivery. They are neither passed on nor used for any other purpose. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the customer may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data by writing to artiziomdesign@gmail.com.

They are kept for the time needed to handle the order, its delivery and the legal guarantees, then for ten years for accounting records, as required by law. The customer may also object to or ask to restrict their processing and, if they consider that their rights are not respected, lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
These terms are written in French and translated into English as a courtesy; in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of any difficulty, the customer is invited to contact the workshop first: almost every situation is resolved through dialogue.
In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may make free use of a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute; the details of the mediator to which the workshop adheres will appear here as soon as it takes office, and are available on request. Customers living in another European Union country can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre of their country (europe-consommateurs.eu).
