A dynamic expression of the processes of creation and expansion. The tetrahedral star reaches toward complexity, never forgetting where it comes from.
Unable to escape the sphere...
The form of a sonnet, in its poetic loop.
Of an omen that in weightlessness, an octahedron will become a stellation.
Two interlocking tetrahedra, pointing in opposite directions. One points upward, the other down.
A little like you and me, the limit and the infinite at once.
Perhaps that is... God? The sum of all atoms.
“We are within one another,” Madame Singer used to say. Peace to her soul.
To wish it for a single person is already to envision it for the whole world...
So now, tell me...
What happens, when you pray?
Glass is a fragile material. Given the complexity of some creations, slight imperfections may appear; they bear witness to the handmade work.
Clean gently with a microfibre cloth, without applying any product directly to the object (apply it to the cloth). The objects are not 100% watertight: do not immerse them or hang them outdoors for too long.
Do not hang the geometries above people's heads in living spaces. Favor a spot close to a wall instead, or place them at head height.
The art of extending a polyhedron's faces or edges until they blossom into starry points.
To stellate a geometry is to extend its faces until they meet beyond the body, sending out points like so many rays. The closed form becomes a star: it radiates, it soars, it fills the space with a more ardent presence. Where the solid gathers in, the stellation shines out. It is the geometry of expansion and of light giving itself, one same structure carried to its point of incandescence, where the inner order reveals itself outwardly as a crown of stars.
